Most online resume builders let you type everything in, then stop you at the download button: create an account, start a “free” trial, or pay to remove a watermark. This one doesn’t. The PDF download is free, every time, with no account and no watermark.
It works differently under the hood, too. The form, the preview, and the PDF are all produced inside your browser. Nothing you type — your name, address, phone number, or work history — is ever sent to a server. There is no server to send it to: this page loads no analytics, no trackers, and no third-party code at all.
ATS-friendly by design
Many employers run resumes through applicant tracking software before a person reads them. Decorative two-column layouts often scramble in those systems. The Classic template here is a single column with real text and real headings in reading order — the layout that parses reliably. The PDF contains selectable text, not a picture of text, so it can be read by software and by people.
Your data stays yours
Your draft autosaves to this browser’s local storage so a refresh never loses work, and the “Clear my data” button removes it whenever you choose. You can also export your resume as a small .json file — a copy you own — and import it later, or on another device, to keep editing. On a shared or public computer, export your file and clear your data when you finish.
